Terms and Conditions for Purchase
All purchases at www.sistersbutik.eu are regulated Standard Sales Conditions for Consumer Purchases of Goods over the Internet (‘Sales Conditions’)
Freight/delivery
We are offering free freight for all our goods.
Possibility of optional delivery location.
Your order normally will be processed within 24 hours after that order is registered on working days. When 2 SISTERS has received the buyer’s order, we will confirm the order by sending an order confirmation to the buyer.
It is recommended that a buyer controls that order confirmation meets the order due to quantity, product type, price, etc. If the order does not match the order confirmation, the buyer must contact the seller as soon as possible.
The order from 2 SISTERS will be sent as a service package by the Mail. The usual delivery time is 10 – 20 working days. We do not store our goods. The products will be produced/crocheted after the order is registered.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to give the right address to the recipient. If the package is not picked up within 14 days from the post office, it will be returned to us at the customer’s cost. The amount is set up to 30,- EUR and will be invoiced at once. If 2 SISTERS must send the package one more time because of the wrong delivery address, the buyer has to pay the freight.
Prices
All information about the total cost the buyer has to pay will be included in the order confirmation before the order is paid.
Paying methods
We accept payments by credit or debit card via Clearhous (Visa, Master) which is a secure alternative to online trade.
Product risk
In a sale in which the Seller dispatches the good, the risk for the good is transferred to the Purchaser once the good has been delivered to the buyer. If the consumer has asked a third party to receive or pick up the goods on the buyer's behalf, the risk is transferred once this party has taken possession of the goods.
If the good is lost or damaged before physical possession is taken, the Seller bears responsibility. If the good is lost or damaged after physical possession is taken, the Purchaser bears the risk. If the consumer chooses his/her courier to perform the transport assignment, and this transport alternative is not offered by the Seller, the risk is transferred to the consumer once his/her courier has taken possession of the goods.
Complains and damages during shipping
If an item is damaged or if one of the items is missing upon delivery, the buyer must report it to us within a reasonable time, preferably the same date of arrival by e-mail. A detailed description of eventual damages which have occurred must be provided so that we can help you as soon as possible. If the item is damaged during the shipment, you have to report to us directly so that we can find a good solution for both sides. Preferably send a picture of the item and packaging to this e-mail: sistersbutik.eu@gmail.com together with an order number or your full name.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal, commonly known as the ‘right to reconsider’, is one of the most important rights recognized to consumers by the Consumer Code. The right of withdrawal allows the consumer to change their mind about the purchase made, freeing them from the contract concluded without giving any reason.
The buyer must email the trader and inform them that they want to cancel the purchase. The buyer must attach the cancellation form given to them by the trader. The buyer has 14 days to cancel the purchase, starting on the day the buyer received the product and all necessary information or on the day that they agreed to purchase a product.
If the buyer has not received a completed cancellation form from the trader, the cooling-off period can be extended by up to 12 months.
The buyer must post or deliver the goods to the trader within 14 days of telling them that the buyer wants to cancel the purchase.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the goods are safely returned. They have to pack the item securely and wait for the proof of posting.
The trader is committed to a full refund within 14 days from the day the trader receives the purchase. The buyer must pay return shipment fees themselves if he/she were informed about this in advance or the buyer and the trader have not agreed otherwise.
NB: If the buyer has purchased a product on credit, they have to inform the credit provider that the purchase was canceled.
